TDTG系列斗式提升機是一種應(yīng)用非常廣泛的機械輸送設(shè)備，其工作原理是牽引帶圍繞在頭輪和底輪之間，畚斗按一定距離固定在牽引帶上，外殼將畚斗和牽引帶密封，物料由機座進入運動著的料斗，沿機筒提升，在機頭處物料由料斗拋出，經(jīng)卸料管卸出機外。具有提升穩(wěn)定、占地面積小、提升高度高、密封性能好等優(yōu)點。
適用于垂直提升輸送各種粉狀、顆粒物料、運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、效率高、易維修。動力配備可根據(jù)高度匹配，頭輪采用邵氏70-80硫化膠包膠，帶有止逆裝置，機筒機制包邊，機頭出料口與機座進料口易磨損部分加設(shè)耐磨襯板，采用強力皮帶與耐磨塑料畚斗。
